It all kicks off now!
Hi all,
Been browsing the forum for a wee while now and just about to embark on the dream I've had for about a year now.
Jap import Toyota Lucida Estima (2.2 diesel, auto - easy and TOO comfy to drive!)
I am literally going outside to start the measuring of the wagon (aka Lucy) as I have just stripped out all the rear. I aim to have the conversion done by about the 30 day mark (what I've told my wife anyway!) and so will be on the site most nights from now!
I will keep updates on the go (if anyone is interested) on how the progress is going.

Your time scale sounds quite adventurous, but I hope you make it...Sourcing bits at reasonable prices seems to have hindered me, (avoiding Ebay dealers with silly BIN prices) but I'm still on track to have my LWB high top transit ready for Easter
