Urgent air cooled mechanic needed Paris France

I have broken down in Paris with my type 2 1600 beloved VW camper van. Does anyone know of an air cooled specialist. Engine runs fine when cold but cuts out when hot. Have just had full engine service before leaving London so maybe valves / timing / tappets need adjusting. Have tried numerous VW garages no one will touch it - please help!! I can get the van to anywhere in Paris.

Sounds like a fuel delivery problem to me. I am very familiar with Paris, but unfortunately do not know any early VW specialists.
