Renovating a 1989 Chevy Horizon Camper Van, Moving from Ohio to the open road :D

Hey everyone!

I'm Kyle and I'm 23. I've spent my entire life in the same place and in March of this year my girlfriend and I decided we wanted to get out. This became official last month when we paid cash for a 1989 Chevy Horizon Camper Van. I say "paid cash" because that was totally unexpected for us. We're both very strapped for cash and got a killer deal on it. Things simply fell into place and we couldn't be happier.

Anyway, for the past month or so, we've been renovating the van, selling all our stuff, and getting ready for our life on the road. You can read more about our story here if you're interested.

I just wanted to poke my head out and say hi. I'm not really sure what I'm doing at this point and I hope to learn as much as I can about Camper Van Life. I just know sitting around and working in a cubicle isn't for me!
