Carrying a hang glider with a pop-up roof

Hi. We are very new to camper-vanning, but have just bought a Mazda Bongo. I also fly a hang glider. Normally this packs like a roll of carpet (14 foot long and weighing about 25kgs) and goes on the roof-bars. However to fit roof-bars would stop the roof popping-up.

I think I need something like brackets on the B and C pillars, to carry the glider level with the roof guttering. Does anyone either know of such things or have any better ideas please??????

Bongo, roof rack and hang glider

Dear Kitesurfer,
Thank you for your obvious advice. I had not thought to google for a Bongo roof rack but have now bought one. It screws into 4 captive nuts in the pop-up bit, so lifts when you put the roof up. Thanks.
Alexander
