Yes do the lt35's have the same sliding door mechanism as the sprinters and if so is it as prone to going wrong?

i am getting a vibration at 1500 / 2100 in my lwb sprinter when changing gear from 2nd to 3rd then 3rd to 4th
i have changed the gear box mount , no change.....cheers darren..
