Does anyone know of any firm around the UK which breaks 'vans, please. I'm looking for second hand items such as 12v ventilator fan, sinks etc.

could try a scrap yeard and see whats there but they can be hit and miss

Thanks, Darren and Lily. Now trying to find a breakers within a couple of hundred miles! didn't really feel I lived out in the 'sticks' until I started this project (deepest Cornwall).
I live in Cornwall too.
There is a caravan breakers in Liskeard I think, but I've never found any others.

Hi,
Do you happen to have a really small opening window? We need to cut one into an old m/home above the cab windows, which already take up most of the space. The maximum spaceavailable for the window is 7.5 inches high by up to 18 inches wide and that has to include the frame/outer edge! A bit of a long shot, I know but I thought I'd ask.

i am having windows made atm for my motorhome,the company doing them is called eeko windows in halifax,they send a courier out to pick your old windows up and take 2 to three weeks to manufacture exact replicas,even copying tinted ones and then ship them back out to you,dont have the number to hand but they are on the net
