Well after 3 years of shall we or shall we not,we now both have the job insecurity to make us decided to sell up and get a nice big american RV and try a bit of touring, working our passage in europe in the winter and possibily the UK in the summer ( we have not planned routes yet, its still early days)but I am worried that I am looking at this idea with rose coloured glasses, so what are the downsides ( there must be some)

1.7 PETROL SHE IS GOOD ON FUEL AND LOVELY TO DRIVE EVEN THOUGH THERE IS NO POWER STEERING BUT ITS STILL QUITE LIGHT THERE IS A 2 RING GAS BURNER WITH GRILL, SINK WHICH RUNS OFF THE WATER TANK AND ELECTRIC PUMP THERE IS A 240V ELECTRIC HOOK UP ALL THE WINDOWS HAVE CURTAINS INCLUDING TIE BACKS
THERE IS PLENTY OF STORAGE UNDER THE SOFA WHICH PULLS OUT INTO DOUBLE BED SHE ALSO HAS A CAPTAINS CHAIR WHICH TURNS ALL THE WAY ROUND AND A TABLE THAT COMES UP
IN THE REAR THERE IS A SEPERATE AREA WHICH HAS A DOOR WHICH CAN BE CLOSED HERE THERE IS ALSO A SINK FOR WASHING ALONG WITH A PORTABLE TOILET
