Well we're back from our first weekend away in the new motorhome "Zog" and thought I would write a blog to remind me of how we got on. We packed Zog and met Mark at work as usual at 6pm. We set off for "Wild Slack" farm with some directions off the website. Read more »
New Van :)
Well, its been a while since I last blogged. Things were quiet over winter we didn't go camping at all! I got married 4 weeks ago and we asked for money for presents. We had already decided that we might try and upgrade "Sully" our camper so thought that the money would go towards this. Read more »
Sandsend again
Well we packed the van and set off again for Sandsend. Me and Rider met Mark at work and got there about 6.40pm. Mark was a little worried about putting the top down on the "pop top thing" in case the wind caught under it, but it was ok. No time for breakfast and off before we had to get a ticket for the car park! Read more »

It's my birthday today. What a lovely way to wake up all snuggly and warm in the camper a beautiful sunny day and sea view. How much that view would cost in a hotel I couldn't imagine the joys of camping are becoming very clear to me. Read more »

Woke up to a glorious morning, opened the curtains and the sea looked great. Mark had been up a while and was having a cuppa and reading the paper. We needed to purchase a ticket for the day so bought a 24hr one knowing we were going to stop another night for a fiver - great value! Read more »
