MOT preparation

By Darren - Posted on 01 September 2007

The Pampy Camper needs a new MOT. I am confident there is nothing major required for the MOT. The headlights have both lost their reflective backing, so new headlight units may be required. I strip both of the headlights down, and dust and clean inside.

Hi Josh

Glad you like the van.
Thick wooden posts supported the bed. I got a think fence post, about 10cm x 10cm thick, and cut it into 5 lengths, the right height from the ground to support the bed.
The posts are really strong, and easy to store away in the cupboard under the seats.
This meant I didn't have to attach anything permanently to the ply, which would have stopped it folding away properly. And it was really cheap (just a few pounds for the whole fence post).

Cheers
